I played Junior College Football for two years and was the best player on the team. I maintained a 3.8 in pre-engineering doing classes like physics, chemistry, and calculus. I am transferring to University of Florida this fall to do engineering because I tried out and made the team as a walk on as a safety. I know UF has a top 25 engineering program and the best football program in the country.

I believe too be the best you must first beat the best A.K.A yourself. You have to prove to yourself you can do anything. Put your mind to it and make it happen. Lift weights make sure you have a *SPOTTER!!", but if you don’t have weights I recommend doing things such as push ups, pull ups, sit ups, etc.. Oh, And pay attention to the coach!!! That’s highly important!!!!! Work out every other day. Don’t work out everyday because then you can hurt yourself. Oh and a tip, When you lift weights such as benchpressing you breath inhale coming down and exhale coming up. That’s really important!!! I recommend doing Powercleans, Benchpresses, Squats. Powercleans is probably the most important work out in football, along with squats of course. Don’t strain yourself!!!!! Start with low weights and work your way up GRADUALLY!!! don’t listen to most people on here, they have no clue what they are talking about…. Hope I helped!!!
